Online Registration for the 2023/2024 School Year is now open! Registrations must be completed one week prior to the first practice. Students who register late may not be able to participate right away, until their registration is processed.
Visit Bound | Excelsior MS High School Athletics (gobound.com) to register ( the registration section is in the middle of the page) and enter documents.
Make sure you select “Excelsior” for the school and NOT “Linn-Mar”.
You will need a Current Physical to upload.

GENERAL SPORTS INFORMATION-
Practices will be held after school daily during season. Athletes will practice at Excelsior, except for Swimming at the Linn Mar Aquatic Center and Cross Country & Wrestling at Oak Ridge. All athletes will need rides to pick them up at their practice location after practice.
Changes to the practice schedules, including cancellations due to weather, will be posted on the Excelsior X (Twitter) page. Decisions impacting practices based on weather will be decided by 2:15 pm.
