Commencement rehearsal is mandatory and scheduled for Wednesday, May 24 at 1:00 pm. All Seniors are to report to the Main Gym before 1:00 pm.
Graduation Cap & Gowns will be distributed on Monday, May 8th from 7:45-10:30 am in the South Commons.
Seniors will also be receiving their Senior Checkout Forms at this time. These forms should be completed and turned in to the 11/12 office before 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 24th.
If your student is unable to pick their gown & forms at that time, they can stop by the 11/12 office to do so.
For those who ordered the official Linn-Mar graduation announcements, they will be available to pick up on Thursday, April 13th from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in the South Commons.

This event is to recognize seniors for scholarships received from the college they will attend and other community awards. In order to be recognized at this event, your student must complete the Senior Award worksheet and for verification bring a copy of an award letter to Jayne Gutierrez in the 11/12 office. These worksheets must be turned in by May 1st in order for this information to be recognized at Senior Recognition Night and printed in the Commencement program.

Graduation communications will be ongoing and prospective graduates will be informed of various specifics at appropriate times. Please feel welcome to contact the 11/12 Office (447-3070) with unanswered questions regarding graduation.
