Facility Use Requests
Thank you for your interest in our facilities. We believe school facilities should be available as centers for community participation. We are glad to accommodate when such use does not conflict with school activities or maintenance projects.
Request a Linn-Mar Facility
To request the use of a district facility, please complete the request form below and send it to facilityrental@linnmar.k12.ia.us. The purpose of your request will be reviewed to make certain it meets policy guidelines and that there is availability. Estimated rental fees will be provided upon the approval of the request form according to the group’s fee classification.
Any organization using district facilities must have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance on file
