Creating a Meal Magic Account
Our school district is transitioning to a new meal management platform called “Meal Magic” beginning this fall. This system will help you better manage student meal accounts and will replace “Total Access”, which is no longer in operation.
What This Means for You:
- All parents and guardians will need to create a new Meal Magic account before the school year begins. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to check meal balances and manage your student’s cafeteria account with ease.
Adding Funds:
- Any remaining meal funds from last year were transferred to the account of the oldest child in each family.
- Parents will need to redistribute those funds among any children in the family once student accounts have been created.
- Meal payments will continue to be made through PowerSchool. After creating your Meal Magic account, simply log in to PowerSchool to deposit funds.
Action Required:
- Click here to access “Meal Magic” to create an account.
- These step-by-step instructions can help you if you have trouble setting up your account.
- You will need to use your students’ ID numbers to establish their accounts. These ID numbers can be found in PowerSchool under “Other Information.”
