Future Educator Signing Day 2022

A group of Linn-Mar seniors “made it official” by signing their Future Educator Letter of Intent in what is becoming a wonderful tradition at Linn-Mar.

Now in its second year, the signing was first proposed by high school teacher Laura Vaske who teaches much of the education-career track subject matter. She thought it would be a great way to potentially “welcome back” familiar faces to the Linn-Mar family of educators after they complete their college education.

District officials met with the students to answer questions and share additional information about the profession.

The document signed by the attendees, assures that the students will receive an interview when they are ready to join the workforce
