Linn-Mar Honored for Financial Reporting for FY2020

The Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) Internal presented the award to Linn-Mar for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30th, 2020. This is the 17th straight year, the Linn-Mar Community School District has earned this Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting Award.

The ASBO Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting is considered the gold standard in Comprehensive Annual Financial Reporting and is viewed by credit-rating agencies as a positive factor in decision making. “This award represents a significant achievement and reflects your commitment to transparency and high-quality financial reporting.”

Linn-Mar Superintendent Shannon Bisgard proudly acknowledged Chief Financial Officer and Board Treasurer, J.T. Anderson, and the entire business office team who collaborated to maintain this prestigious recognition for the district.
