Linn-Mar Staff Member Recognized as PBIS Person of the Year
Congratulations to Linn-Mar’s Kristi Hicks for being recognized by the Department of Education as PBIS Person of the Year for the Grant Wood AEA service area!
Kristi is Linn-Mar’s Associate Director of Student Services and was nominated by Grant Wood AEA for her success in supporting PBIS/MTSS implementation. “Kristi advocates for PBIS and communicates the work and progress of the district leadership team with the district superintendent and executive team,” commented her Grant Wood AEA partners. “She is a lifelong learner and is comfortable learning “together” as we work through the continuous improvement process.”
