The best ways to contact the Linn-Mar Technology Department (IT) is to submit a ticket using the online portal. The portal is published to every users desktop. This link is the red LM logo and called “Linn-Mar Helpdesk”. You log in with the same information as your computer (domain login).
Other options are to send an email to helpdesk@linnmar.k12.ia.us, if you choose this option please be aware that only @linnmar.k12.ia.us email addresses are allowed access. All others (gmail, hotmail, aol.com….) are rejected and we will not receive your request.
The last option is to call us directly. Extension 3100.
