Facility Use Requests
PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing safety concerns regarding COVID-19, the Linn-Mar Community School District will not be processing any facility use requests until January at the earliest possible date.
Our resources at this time are focused on ensuring that our schools are cleaned and sanitized for daily use by our students and staff. This decision is made to ensure safety in our schools and throughout our community.

Thank you for your interest in our facilities. We believe school facilities should be available as centers for community participation. We are glad to accommodate when such use does not conflict with school or maintenance projects.
Register for an Account
First-time users only
All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the REGISTER icon below. Be sure to complete all information fields and click the submit button. If your registration was successful, you will receive an email confirmation.
An account is required to request facility space
Once your account has been created you can start making facility reservation requests. Click on the LOG IN icon below to get started. Please keep in mind that fees may be charged for use of the facility itself and/or to offset associated custodial costs. Any organization using district facilities must meet policy requirements and have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance on file.
