ALO Assists Families Helping Families

Members of ALO, Linn-Mar’s multicultural student leadership program, helped with another wonderful program in our community. Every year, Families Helping Families organizes an extravagant Winter Wonderland Holiday Celebration, catering to children in foster care, those who have been adopted from foster care, and other children residing in foster households.

The students helped with various tasks, from setting up to dismantling, as well as everything in between! The festive occasion featured a range of exciting attractions, including a bouncy house, cookies, engaging activity tables, enchanting music, a visit from Santa Claus, and brand-new toys!
